在linux部署tomcat应用增量版本的时候，每次要清空tomcat的缓存然后再执行startup.sh，很不方便。因此自定义一个系统命令，能够每次部署增量后可以执行一个命令就可以清空缓存和重启应用。如：restartpro myweb，下面是创建自定义命令的过程：
1.新增如下脚本：vi /usr/srcipts/restartpro.sh

echo "脚本执行方法： restartpro 程序名"
exit
